Yoga for Lent

Welcome! I’m excited to be on this journey with you! I am looking forward to seeing God at work in our lives as we set aside time to think on Jesus’ work on the cross and the hope of Easter.

My desire for you is for you to discover that,

  • just a few minutes of yoga daily can help you feel more focused, energized, and strong.
  • combining the movements of yoga with prayer and scripture can deepen your connection with God.

To take us deeper into our Lent observance, I am hosting a private group page on Facebook where you can ask questions about the yoga sequences, and share any challenges or victories from this Lent season.  I will be posting inspiration and additional resources there.

Starting Wednesday, March 1st, you will receive an email from me daily at 5:00 am with a link to your 5 minute video with a guided yoga sequence and short devotional reading.  Do the video any time of day that fits your schedule.  If you miss a day or 5, just pick back up when you can, Jesus still loves you and so do I!
